FUNDING CHANGE.
GCV Foundation
A federally recognized 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to improving health access and supporting local causes across the region of Pennsylvania.
Our Mission
"We exist to make the healthy choice the easy choice — and to fund the neighbors doing the hardest work."
GCV Foundation Charter
Healthy Food Access
We operate the Healthy Access Vending Program — placing mission-standard vending machines in schools, health clinics, community centers, and partner nonprofits across our region. Every machine is governed by written nutrition standards: 70–90% healthy inventory, zero energy drinks in youth settings, and subsidized pricing on the best choices.

Approximately 50% of available net surplus is allocated to our Community Grants Fund and awarded to IRS-verified 501(c)(3) organizations focused on hunger relief, nutrition access, youth stability, and community health in the Lehigh Valley to Pocono corridor. All grants are board-approved and publicly disclosed.
Radical Transparency
Every dollar is tracked. We publish quarterly Impact & Allocation Reports that show every grant recipient, every allocation, every subsidy dollar. Our Form 990, determination letter, and all governance policies are publicly available. We believe your trust is earned through documentation, not promises.
